Terms and Conditions Quik Websites

Welcome to Quik Websites. By utilizing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services and Payment

Quik Websites provides website design and hosting services with monthly subscription options of $69 or $99.
A domain is included in the initial subscription setup; however, an annual domain renewal fee of $120 will apply.
All payments are to be made in advance for continued service.

All websites, domains, and online directory listings created or maintained by Quik Websites are owned by Quik Websites. The client is granted a license to use the seservices as long as their account remains active and payments are current.
Failure to pay for services, including the website, annual domain renewal fee or online directory fees, will result in the suspension or termination of the client’s website or directory listings until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

Clients are required to pay an annual domain renewal fee of $120. Failure to pay this fee will result in the domain being suspended or reassigned.

Clients may opt to have their business listed in online directories managed by Quik Websites located in their client dashboard.
Clients will choose the number of directories and pay a monthly fee based on their selection.
Failure to pay for online directory services will result in the cancellation of all directory listings.
Quik Websites will maintain the directory listings for the client, a CSV le containing the list of directories will be provided to the client.

Any revisions requested by the client will be completed in a timely manner, but Quik Websites does not guarantee revisions will be completed within 24 hours.

Clients may cancel their services at any time by submitting a cancellation request through their user dashboard. The request will generate an email that must be sent to support@quikwebsites.com for processing.
Quik Websites will not process cancellation requests submitted via methods other than the designated dashboard email.

If a client fails to pay for services, Quik Websites reserves the right to suspend the client’s website, directory listings, or other services. These will remain ofine until the client updates their payment method and pays any outstanding balance.
If payment issues persist, Quik Websites may permanently deactivate and reclaim the website, domain, and directory listings.

By utilizing our services, you agree that Quik Websites retains ownership of all websites, domains, and online directory listings created or purchased through our platform. Transferring a domain, website, or directory listings to another provider is not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon by Quik Websites.

Quik Websites is not liable for any loss or damages arising from service interruptions, including but not limited to those caused by non-payment, cancellation, or failure to renew the domain or online directory services.

Quik Websites reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email or through updates on our website.
